Jack&Chris operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services contained within orders, to deliver a curated shopping experience ("Services") for you (the Customer). Jack&Chris is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

A contract is only formed once Jack&Chris accepts your order. Your order is deemed accepted only after we receive and process your payment. Please review your order carefully before submission; once accepted, we may not be able to accommodate order cancellation requests. Custom-made leather products cannot be cancelled once production commences.
If we decline, modify or cancel your order, we will attempt to contact you via the email, billing address or phone number you provided at checkout.
Purchases may only be returned or exchanged subject to our Refund Policy [insert link].
You represent and warrant that your purchase is for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 - Pricing and Billing
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price valid at the time of order placement and shown in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, displayed prices exclude taxes, shipping fees, handling charges, customs duties and import fees.

We shall not be liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you once the goods are handed over to the carrier.

Shopify’s name, logo, product names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other marks displayed on the Services belong to their respective owners.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools as part of our Services. We do not monitor, control or intervene in these third-party tools.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available", without warranties, representations or endorsements of any kind. We accept no liability arising from or related to your use of optional third-party tools.

You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages and liabilities related to your transactions with Jack&Chris.

We may terminate this Agreement or your access to the Services, or any part thereof, at our sole discretion without prior notice. You remain liable for all charges accrued up to and including the date of termination.
Upon termination, the following sections survive: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and all clauses intended to survive termination.

You shall cooperate with the defence of indemnification claims, including providing required documentation.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms and our rights and obligations without notice or consent.
Section 21 - Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. You and Jack&Chris consent to the jurisdiction of courts located in Fuzhou, Fujian, China.

Headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not limit or affect these Terms.

You may view the latest version of these Terms on this page at any time.
We reserve the right to update, amend or replace any part of these Terms by posting revisions on our website. It is your responsibility to review our website periodically for updates. We will notify you of material changes, and revisions will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
